Chamomile Rosacea Compress
Chamomile has some amazing anti-inflammatory properties.
If you are looking for quick flare-up relief, the answer might be in your cupboard.
Here is what you’ll need to whip up a quick chamomile tea compress for your rosacea.
- 3 (organic if possible) chamomile tea bags.
- Roughly 500ml of water.
Add the tea bags to the water and bring to a boil, letting them steep for at least 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes let the tea chill in the refrigerator until it has cooled.
Dip a clean cotton cloth or cotton wipe into the tea and apply to your face until it no longer feels cool.
Dip the cotton cloth or wipe back into the tea mixture and re apply as needed.
While a chamomile tea compress can provide soothing relief it’s a short term solution. Introducing chamomile into your daily skincare routine is extremely beneficial for rosacea prone skin.
Chamomile is a key ingredient in RUDDI Redness Control which helps make it extremely effective at providing daily, soothing relief from rosacea flare-ups.
