We want you to be happy with your Ruddi Skincare purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied, please send an email with your request to support@ruddiskincare.com before 60 days of your purchase date.

We will then provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly handle your return without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving an RMA number, otherwise refund will be forfeited. Returns without a RMA will incur a fee of 20% of the order total.

Simply return the unused portion and we will gladly refund your original payment method for the full amount, less shipping. If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must be included in the return, otherwise the cost of the free item will be deducted from the refund.

If subsequent orders of the same product(s) are made after the original purchase of the product(s), they are not eligible for a refund. Orders with Two (2) or more of the same product are not eligible for a refund.
If you're returning multiples of the same item, only one can be opened for a full refund. The other's must be completely sealed in the original packaging, otherwise they are not eligible for a refund.
If there are more than 3 or more orders placed within a thirty (30) day window, any order within that timeframe is not eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to irregular or excessive returns and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

If you are notified that your package is delivered, but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 days. After 7 days, you will be responsible for dealing with the shipping carrier, as we do not assume liability for missing or lost packages.

We recommend returning your item with a reliable carrier that includes tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item. The customer is responsible for the shipping return shipping fee.

If your purchase was made on a card that is no longer active, we will only be able to issue store credit.

Canadian Willowherb

This plant has been used for centuries to soothe sensitive and irritated skin. It is an anti-redness powerhouse that enhances the skin’s barrier and improves skin’s immunity. It is known for being used for a range of skin problems, such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, burns and wounds. Because of its long history of providing skin benefits, it was scientifically studied for its anti-inflammatory response and was shown to outperform a 1% hydrocortisone cream in treating redness and irritation on the skin.

Defensil Plus

Defensil Plus is an innovative natural complex that soothes inflammation and regenerates the skin’s barrier. It consists of 3 components. 1. Black Current Seed Oil which contains linoleic acid and is crucial in barrier strengthening. 2. Balloon Vine Extract which is a tropical plant rich in phytosterols.
